Our client, a prestigious global HVAC company is looking for a Service Team Leader to join their team in Dublin.

Job Responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary liaison for customers, the service department, and technicians
- Coordinate inspections, site surveys, and service requests
- Oversee the teams within installation, configuration, modification, and repair of equipment and systems
- Identify processes, procedures to enable more efficient ways of working.
Key Competencies:
- Experience in the HVAC industry or facilities management
- People focused, team leadership
- Project management experience with commercial awareness (desirable)
- Proficient in coordinating multiple tasks and managing conflicting priorities
- Engineering degree or experience working in technical engineering role
- UK Driver’s licence
