Our client, a prestigious global HVAC company is looking for a Service Team Leader to join their team in Dublin.

Job Responsibilities:

• Acting as the primary liaison for customers, the service department, and technicians
• Coordinate inspections, site surveys, and service requests
• Oversee the teams within installation, configuration, modification, and repair of equipment and systems
• Identify processes, procedures to enable more efficient ways of working.

Key Competencies:

• Experience in the HVAC industry or facilities management
• People focused, team leadership
• Project management experience with commercial awareness (desirable)
• Proficient in coordinating multiple tasks and managing conflicting priorities
• Engineering degree or experience working in technical engineering role
• UK Driver’s licence
