My client are a leading building envelope contractor providing high-quality facades and cladding projects across the UK. Their primary focus involves completing remediation projects on commercial and high-rise buildings, working on a number of high-profile schemes across the county.

They have an exciting requirement for a Pre Construction Manager to join their business.

Duties to include:

• Set up surveys of buildings to establish façade build ups
• Preparing take offs
• Preparing tender packages
• Obtaining subcontractor quotes for works needed for tenders
• Preparing and completing bills of quantities for tenders
• Engaging with clients
• Presenting tenders to the clients

Requirements:

• Preferably have experience within façades, but this is not essential.
• The role will be a mix of office and site based.
• Travel nationwide will be expected, with hotels and travel reimbursed.
