Fleet Administrator

My well established client based in Wednesbury are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.

Duties:-
- Provide administrative support to the Compliance and Fleet team to ensure that vehicles are maintained, road worthy and comply with legal requirements to meet our customers’ needs
- Assist in the investigation of insurance claims and accident management
- Liaise with suppliers to organise repairs and regular maintenance for the fleet
- Maintain fleet records to ensure they are organised and information is kept up-to-date
- Use of in-house systems and databases to input, collate and produce reports
- Provide administration support to the Compliance and Fleet Manager in vehicle and driver performance
- Carry out other fleet-related administration as required
- Shadowing members of the fleet team, to learn and develop your existing skills
- Assist in the implementation of a new fleet management system
Key Skills:-
- Essential you have worked within a transport office / sector previously
- Good IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
