£25,000 - £27,000/annum 20 days hol + BH & Pension

My well established client based in Wednesbury are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.

Duties:-

  • Provide administrative support to the Compliance and Fleet team to ensure that vehicles are maintained, road worthy and comply with legal requirements to meet our customers’ needs
  • Assist in the investigation of insurance claims and accident management
  • Liaise with suppliers to organise repairs and regular maintenance for the fleet
  • Maintain fleet records to ensure they are organised and information is kept up-to-date
  • Use of in-house systems and databases to input, collate and produce reports
  • Provide administration support to the Compliance and Fleet Manager in vehicle and driver performance
  • Carry out other fleet-related administration as required
  • Shadowing members of the fleet team, to learn and develop your existing skills
  • Assist in the implementation of a new fleet management system

Key Skills:-

  • Essential you have worked within a transport office / sector previously 
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Team player with ability to work on own initiative.
