Position Overview:
Our client Consilium Contracting Services are an extremely fast-paced, 24/7 Multi-Trade contracting company based in Paisley, Renfrewshire, operating in and around the West Coast of Scotland. The company primarily works in the public sector, managing social housing stock for Housing Associations and Councils, as well as serving private domestic homes. Due to continued success, they are looking to add another Reactive Maintenance Plasterer to the team.

The role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team of trades. Ideally, candidates should have experience with Housing Associations and Local Authorities and be a team player. The company handles more than 2,500 jobs each month, ranging from small repairs to larger void works, all operating under strict KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• General refurbishment plastering works in void properties and during kitchen or bathroom upgrades in tenanted homes

• Reactive plastering repairs and general maintenance in tenanted homes

• General laboring duties, including waste disposal, clearing void properties, supporting decorating tasks, and assisting other trades

• Occasional out-of-hours work and overtime may be required to meet project deadlines

Expectations:

• Full 8-hour workdays, monitored for start and finish times

• Ethical and moral work standards are expected—"a fair day’s pay for a fair day’s work"

• Care and maintenance of company-provided vehicle and equipment
