Manufacturing Manager - Plymouth

Acorn by Synergie is looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join their client's team in Plymouth. As a senior management position, you will work alongside other senior managers, driving the business strategy forward and delivering exceptional results.

The Role:

As the Manufacturing Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the manufacturing operations in Plymouth. With a background in manufacturing and specifically in the automotive industry, you will play a key role in the success of the company.

You will design, develop and execute a manufacturing strategy that is aligned with our company's goals and objectives. Your expertise in this area will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our production processes, while also driving continuous improvement and promoting a culture of quality and excellence.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be a key member of the senior management team and will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business. Your contribution will be recognised and rewarded as you help to steer our company towards even greater success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop and execute a manufacturing strategy aligned with company goals
* Create and implement plans to continuously improve production processes and increase efficiency
* Manage and oversee 24-hour production, ensuring that quality and safety standards are consistently met
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining high standards of quality
* Manage and optimise resources to achieve production targets while maintaining cost-efficient operations
* Collaborate with other senior managers to drive the overall business strategy forward and identify opportunities for growth

This role offers great benefits:
* Salary of up to £72,000 per annum
* A performance bonus capped at 12% based on meeting your KPI's.
