We are seeking reliable and diligent Exam Invigilators to join our team for the upcoming examination period in October through to July. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the Education sector, assisting schools and institutions in Essex to maintain the integrity and smooth running of exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising students during exams to ensure compliance with examination rules and regulations
• Assisting with the distribution and collection of exam papers and materials
• Providing guidance to students before, during, and after the exam as required
• Maintaining a calm and quiet environment conducive to examination conditions
• Reporting any irregularities or breaches of examination rules

Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Punctual, reliable, and able to commit to flexible working hours
