Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting:
*Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via phone, email or in person, providing detailed information about brands packages and pricing.
*Conduct venue tours for prospective clients, highlighting the venue's features and benefits.
*Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
*Log all inbound calls and details onto the database.
Sales Support:
*Assist in sending welcome packs, contracts, and agreements for clients.
*Maintain and update the client database, ensuring accurate and timely information.
*Facilitate the booking process by preparing contracts, processing payments, and sending booking confirmations.
*Help manage customer accounts during the entire booking process.
*Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Managing Director to develop and implement sales and
*promotional activities and ensure stocks of good marketing collateral.
Customer Service:
*Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
*Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed client expectations.
