Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Social Media Executive who is highly creative, dynamic, and an excellent communicator. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and oral communication skills, with a passion for storytelling and an ability to bring our brand to life through social media. Working closely with our content creator, you will manage our social media presence on platforms like Instagram and TikTok, becoming the face of our brand and the voice behind our social content. You will also be responsible for tracking performance, engaging with our audience, and continuously optimising our social strategy to drive growth and engagement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the social media strategy for Rightangled, with a focus on building brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.

  • Create and curate compelling content for Instagram and TikTok, ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual identity.

  • Act as the face and voice of the brand on social media platforms, appearing on camera and leading interactive sessions, stories, and videos.

  • Collaborate with our content creator to develop engaging multimedia content (images, videos, reels) that resonates with our target audience.

  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging features to stay ahead of the curve and implement innovative ideas.

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and cultivate a strong sense of community around the brand.

  • Track and analyse performance metrics, including follower growth, engagement rates, and content reach, and provide insights to improve performance.

  • Stay updated on key competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for content and engagement optimisation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment on messaging and brand initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a strong track record of managing and growing social media accounts, particularly Instagram and TikTok.

  • Strong writing and communication skills, with an ability to create captivating content that aligns with brand values.

  • Confident and charismatic on camera, with the ability to represent the brand professionally and engagingly.

  • A deep understanding of social media metrics, analytics tools, and content optimisation strategies.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for design and storytelling.

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

  • A passion for staying up to date with social media trends, new features, and platform updates.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
