Job Title: Nightshift Supervisor
Location: North Acton
Hours: 6pm - 6am, Monday to Thursday.
Pay Rate: £40 per hour first 10 hours per shift, £50 per hour for the remaining 2 hours of the shift.
Project Duration: Long-term project

Requirements: JIB Gold Card minimum, SSSTS or SMSTS. 

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Nightshift Supervisor to join our team on a long-term project based in North Acton. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing night operations, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of workers on-site during night shifts.
  • Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
  • Monitor the progress of the project and report to the site manager.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
  • Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during the shift.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a supervisor in construction or a similar field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts and manage a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
