This Senior HR Advisor position will be a true HR Generalist role in a very busy and hands on HR team. In this Senior HR Advisor position, experience of working to tight deadlines is essential as well as having end to end recruitment exposure. ER experience is also a necessity for this Senior HR Advisor vacancy, for example managing long-term and short-term sickness cases.  Experience of building strong stakeholder management experience is also an essential element to this position. This Senior HR Advisor must be flexible and willing to support the HR Team as and when required.

My client, an established not for profit organisation requires a Senior HR Advisor to join their team. You will be a solid HR Generalist who ideally holds strong Recruitment and ER experience.

Role: Senior HR Advisor – 6 Month Maternity Cover, possible extensions

Start Date: Beginning of November

Location – Based in South London

Salary: £39,700 pro rata'd
