Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Production Shift Manager to oversee and manage daily operations across designated areas at the site. You will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met, operational processes are streamlined, and safety and quality standards are adhered to at all times. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to drive continuous improvement in both people and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations within assigned areas, ensuring efficiency and productivity targets are met or exceeded.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of supervisors and operatives, ensuring they are fully supported and equipped to achieve operational goals.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational performance, reduce waste, and implement lean manufacturing practices.
• Health & Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed, creating a safe working environment for all staff.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, and Maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, safety, and quality standards.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar high-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of operational processes, production management, and continuous improvement techniques (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing or FMCG.
