What you will be doing:

• Performing vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to the highest standards
• Communicating effectively with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control
• Occasionally interacting with customers to provide your expert, technical opinion
• Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge
• Ensuring exceptionally high levels of customer service to foster loyalty and referrals
• Maintaining a well-organized workspace and thorough administration of your tasks

• A full UK driving licence
• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
• Experience in the motor industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and the ability to work to timescales effectively
