Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 DOE

I am currently working with a UK-based game development studio specialising in creating high-quality, immersive environments and art assets for video games. This company is recognised for its focus on creating visually appealing, detailed, and engaging gaming experiences.
 
They are searching for a Senior Producer to join their team. Successful candidates will have experience working in a senior production role within a game development studio.
 
As Senior Producer, you will take full responsibility for project coordination, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure that game development and design teams meet deadlines. You will also be pivotal in setting and achieving milestones, as well as contributing to the planning, forecasting, and budgeting of new projects.

As a Senior Producer, you will:
  • Have proven experience in a senior production role within a game development studio.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production department and manage company projects.
  • Define the scope of new projects, develop roadmaps and timelines, set key deliverables, and establish development strategies and budgets.
  • Gather and organise qualitative feedback from various sources to ensure successful production processes and uphold project governance.
  • Monitor progress and collaborate with multiple teams to keep projects on track.
  • Track progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to address risks or issues.
  • Ensure timely project delivery and continuously seek improvements to enhance processes, methods, and practices.
  • Provide reports on key metrics and statistics throughout the project life cycle, as required.
  • Advise and assess company-wide risks from the production group to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Offer clear and concise feedback to both internal and external contacts, as needed.
  • Plan long-term development schedules and set strategic timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate new projects and manage budgets effectively.
  • Mentor, coach, and guide team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
  • Lead the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new production staff, ensuring the team possesses the necessary skills and expertise.
