Multi Trades Recruitment is seeking a Labourer to join a well-established company in the Warwick Grove area.
About the role:
- Working Hours: 8am - 4pm (Potential for extra hours and weekends)
- Pay Rate: £13 per hour
- Brief Role Description:
- Ripping out bathroom suites and preparing areas for the next trade.
- Clearing rubbish and maintaining cleanliness in all areas, including communal spaces.
- Carrying materials and performing heavy-duty lifting.
- Collaborating with other trades and maintaining organisational standards.
- Working within occupied council houses and flats.
- Use of staircases may be necessary as lifts might not be available.
- Duration: Potential for a permanent position for the right candidate
- Start: ASAP
About You:
- High work ethic & team player
- Punctual & reliable
- You must have a clean driving licence and be over 25 years old
- CSCS Card
- DBS needed
- Ideal but not essential - Asbestos Awareness Certificate
Any other qualifications welcome including first aid at work but not essential
- PPE Required: Boots, gloves, mask, work trousers/safety trousers, goggles
