The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), but the role is also open to fluent Spanish speakers without QTS who are passionate about teaching and learning.
• Has a strong passion for Spanish and inspiring students to achieve their best.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Holds or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS and Children's Barred List Check.

The Role:

• Plan and deliver engaging Spanish lessons using data to cater to the needs of all students.
• Mark and assess students' work, offering feedback that supports progress and attainment.
• Implement teaching strategies that encourage student engagement and achievement.
• Monitor student progress and contribute to creating a positive learning environment.
