Do you want to be a Team player for an award-winning company specialising in the Telecom industry for one of the country’s leading providers. Working in a vibrant office as a team player you will coordinate our field teams on a daily basis towards greater productivity providing a logical, economical route to maximise time and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers both verbally and in writing
- Managing task completion dates to meet SLAs and KPIs by seeking resolution to problems and proactive escalation
- Working with multiple client systems to update clients and raise issues.
- Validating information received ensuring it is fit for purpose and meets stakeholder requirements
- Manage personal and group emails
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders using a variety of existing MS Excel trackers and other systems as appropriate.
- Accurately check and validate all works completed by our subcontractors or internal workforce.
Hours of work
- Monday to Friday hours of work 7am to 3:30pm & 09:30am - 6pm
- Saturday working hours 08:00 - 4:30pm
- Working 5 days over Monday to Saturday – Overtime available during busy periods
- You must be able to work 1 Saturday in 4 once trained in the role (after 6 -8 weeks), you would receive Monday off for working Saturday.
- Once fully trained (after 6-8 weeks), there will be Hybrid working available 3 days in the office and 2 days from home possible
