Software Engineering Manager
Full stack - C#, JavaScript

Hybrid - 2 days per week in closest office (London, Hertfordshire, Birmingham, Manchester, Norwich)
We are looking for experienced Engineering Managers responsible for the management of the people and technology of a software development pod. You will also contribute to the development of software applications in C# and Javascript skills along with SQL,CI/CD, Cloud (Azure / AWS) experience
Our client is growing their team due to services being brought back in house from external suppliers. You will manage a team team responsible for the design, build, maintenance, upgrade and support of bespoke software and underlying technology.

You will
Be the lead decision maker on what the pod designs and delivers, providing technical leadership to drive technical excellence, and capable of hands-on technical analysis and remediation of issues when necessary.
Ensure technology is developed in the right way with a heavy emphasis on quality aligned to the requirements described by our clients or our product specs,
Lead on developing front and backend solutions that are resilient, secure and scalable- this is still a hands on role!

Your background
* Significant software development and engineering experience in a multi-disciplinary environment, delivering products within tight timeframes.
* Proven team and project management experience with an ability to manage BAU and a project simultaneously.
* You will have great experience in C# and JavaScript - proven skills building full-stack application
* Fluency with SQL (preferable T-SQL).
* Experience with Git.
* Experience with CI/CD.
* Experience with AWS/Azure.
