SANZA Teaching Agency are currently recruiting for a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to start after October Half Term

ABOUT THE HLTA ROLE:

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will need to:

• Cover whole classes/ teach- delivering KS1/KS2 curriculum
• Run and prepare interventions with identified students across the Key Stages
• Attend class and staff meetings

ABOUT YOU:

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
• Ideally hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or PGCE/QTS
• Have a desire to encourage student aspiration
• Be able to provide students with opportunities for success, and encourage them to take risks with their learning tasks
• Be able to work 1:1 or in small groups when required
• Have the ability to cover/teach across the Key Stages
• Be able to plan and resource as part of a team, and work in collaboration
• Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students and staff
