This is your chance to play a pivotal role in a high-profile, dynamic environment based out of Portsmouth, with national travel to retail stores once a week and a visit to London at least once a month.

The Role:

• Manage and oversee facilities services across retail sites, ensuring high standards and efficiency.
• Liaise with the client to provide a seamless FM service in line with their brand expectations.
• Travel nationally to retail stores once a week and to London once a month.
• Coordinate and monitor service delivery across the contract, ensuring all compliance and safety standards are met.

What We're Looking For:

• Retail experience is highly desirable but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Not essential to have a technical background – it's all about your ability to manage and coordinate.
