Senior Design Engineer required. Our client is a well-established manufacturer of sheet metal fabricated products based in the Warrington area. Due to ongoing success, they are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Design Engineer to join the team, who will be responsible for creating engineering drawings with the use of Solidworks & AutoCAD.

• Carrying out project design and manufacturing drawings with the use of Solidworks and AutoCAD
• Identify and management project and design programmes, ensuring cost and quality goals are met
• Manage the performance of a small design team
• Creating Bill of Materials and cost estimates
• Contributing to project management meetings on design progress
• Providing on site support where design input is required
• Occasionally carrying out site surveys at customer premises

• Degree qualified within an Engineering, Construction or Manufacturing related degree
• Based in a commutable distance of Warrington
• Experience with building information modelling is desirable
• Proficient with the use of Solidworks and AutoCAD
• Experience within a sheet metal fabrication industry is desirable

• Salary £40,000 - £45,000 - depending on experience
• 5 hour working week. Flexible start / finish times, Monday to Friday.
• Holiday allowance and pension
