Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
Contract: Full-time, 3 months contract with the potential to be extended
Additional Requirement: Must drive due to the location. Office-based every Tuesday.

Job Overview:


We are seeking an organised and proactive Engineering Co-ordinator to join our team in Droitwich. This is a hybrid role, offering the opportunity to work two days in the office (every Tuesday) and three days remotely. As an Engineering Co-ordinator, your primary responsibility will be to assist and administer processes related to fibre and infrastructure delivery (FWA), ensuring seamless communication between various teams, including engineers, external contractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the administration and coordination of infrastructure and fibre delivery projects.
  • Communicate effectively with engineers, rural optic contractors (civils), external contractors, sales teams, and fibre planning teams.
  • Coordinate and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
  • Provide support to the project teams to ensure smooth execution of fibre installations.
  • Manage and maintain records, documents, and project data for accurate reporting.
  • Liaise with external contractors and internal teams to resolve any issues or delays.
  • Support sales teams by providing relevant project and engineering updates.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and operations within the team.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of fibre networks and infrastructure is an advantage but not required.
  • Must hold a valid driving licence due to the location.
