Job Title: Engineering Co-ordinator
Location: Droitwich (Hybrid: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home)
Salary: £12.24 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
Contract: Full-time, 3 months contract with the potential to be extended
Additional Requirement: Must drive due to the location. Office-based every Tuesday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration and coordination of infrastructure and fibre delivery projects.
- Communicate effectively with engineers, rural optic contractors (civils), external contractors, sales teams, and fibre planning teams.
- Coordinate and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Provide support to the project teams to ensure smooth execution of fibre installations.
- Manage and maintain records, documents, and project data for accurate reporting.
- Liaise with external contractors and internal teams to resolve any issues or delays.
- Support sales teams by providing relevant project and engineering updates.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and operations within the team.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of fibre networks and infrastructure is an advantage but not required.
- Must hold a valid driving licence due to the location.
