Job Title: Project Quantity Surveyor
Location: South London
Package: £50,000 - £65,000
Overview
- Skilled Careers are working with a leading Main Contractor within the refurbishemnt/ cladding /social housing sector, and they are a company that prides themselves on keeping a family feel within the business.
- This is a Main Contractor who due to an incredible amount of new work are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join the team on their new social housing/ cladding projects in the South London area.
Duties
- You will be focusing and leading on facade, Cladding and Planned Works.
- Procurement of supply chain and placing orders
- Assessing and processing supply chain payment
- Produce commercial reports both internally and external to the company.
- Ensure all contractual processes are completed on time.
Requirements
- Social Housing experience required
- Cladding/ facade experience desired
- Degree Qualified
- Main Contractor experience
- Full UK Driver’s Licence
