We are looking for a Multi-Trade to join our client's team, providing high-quality reactive repairs and void work within social housing properties across the Bristol area.. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive pay rate of £22-£23 per hour.

Key Responsibilities as a Multi trade:
  • Carpentry Focus: Carry out all aspects of carpentry work including, but not limited to, door hanging, skirting, architraves, kitchen units, and other general carpentry tasks.
  • Reactive Repairs: Attend to and resolve various repair requests in occupied properties, ensuring swift and efficient service.
  • Void Work: Prepare and refurbish void properties, making them ready for new tenants.
  • Multi-Trade Duties: Utilize your broader skill set to perform basic plumbing, tiling, and other maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and company standards.

Requirements for the Multi trade:
  • Experience: Proven experience in carpentry within the social housing sector, with a strong ability to perform multi-trade tasks.
  • Tools & Van: You must have your own tools and a reliable van suitable for transporting materials and equipment.
