Role:

1. Lead Project Delivery: Spearhead the planning, execution, and successful completion of multiple Software projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
2. Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners to facilitate smooth project communication and collaboration. Including contingency planning when/where necessary.
3. Risk Management & Quality Assurance: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, adapting strategies where required, assuring quality standards remain high.

Candidate Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years in Project Management position, ideally within finance industry.
• Proven experience with stakeholder engagement, fostering positive relations.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills, ability to manage numerous projects across various locations.
• Leadership - Track record building positive environment among project team members.
• Recognised project management certification is a must have.
