Our client, a privately owned, leading global construction and consultancy firm are looking for an experienced project managers and cost managers to lead their healthcare sector in London and Southeast.
 
Role Overview:

We are seeking a Healthcare Sector Lead at director level to join our construction consultancy business. You will harness our unique combination of leading-edge expertise and project delivery consultancy to unlock the potential in every project. Knowledge of the construction industry is necessary. You will be responsible for the development of the Healthcare Sector working with some of the largest public and private sector healthcare projects to deliver a wide range of projects. Our client is looking for a driven and experienced individual to lead their London and Southeast team, supporting the growth while also delivering high quality projects.
 
Your responsibilities:

• You will be leading major assignments and business areas, giving strategic direction and monitoring delivery to match with overarching vision and objectives
• You will be the relationship owner and key point of contact for our customers' executive team involvement, as well as responsible for ensuring effective governance to meet our strategic objectives.
• You will be leading the team of 10 consultants.
• You will be in charge of important client relationship management, which includes producing live prospects and leads.
• You will play a key role in shaping the long-term strategic direction of a function or Business Unit (BU), driving sustainable growth and ensuring the future success of the business.
• You will mentor, coach, and develop your project team, fostering an environment that encourages knowledge sharing and growth.

 
About you:

• You have extensive and proven experience in securing and successfully delivering projects for health clients, in private and public sector, with a focus on the London and Southeast regions.
• You are a member of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or can demonstrate equivalent professional or personal development.
• You bring significant expertise in delivering projects and programmes within the health sector.
• Your background includes deep knowledge of property or infrastructure project management, with strong commercial and financial acumen.
• You have demonstrated leadership and management experience with large, diverse teams.
• You are adept at managing relationships with key senior stakeholders and maintaining strategic partnerships.
• You possess a forward-thinking approach, with a strong understanding of how carbon and sustainability considerations will influence the future of the projects you lead.
