£24,000 - £25,000/annum

I am looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to work with my client in Runcorn. This is a reputable and established manufacturers with a strong product and reputation.

Job Description:

Duties

· A variety of Administration, including organising files and ensuring the database is up to date and accurate.

· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts and identifying customers' needs and deal with any issues that may arise.

· Handle customer queries in an effective manner.

· Working closely with colleagues in other areas of the business and aiding them where required.

· Processing Sales orders and queries.

· Dealing with any incoming and outgoing post.

The right person

· Must be computer literate preferably have knowledge of Microsoft

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

· Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations

· Previous Administration experience

· Excellent time management and organisation skills
