Dealer Development Lead - USA

6-month initial contract

Contechs are recruiting on behalf of their client, who are known for manufacturing luxury hand-crafted motorcycles. They are looking for a Dealer Development Lead, to join their expanding team on a contract basis. The role will be based in USA.

Job Description

As Dealer Development Lead, your main responsibilities include:

• Project Management, approval-to-launch, ensuring timely delivery of all resources
• Coordinate on boarding activities and oversee training
• Stakeholder Communication, internal and external, between client and dealers, legal, marketing, IT and training
• Network planning and development, supporting growth and future strategies
• Reporting, on progress and readiness, through milestones and KPI's

Qualifications / Skills needed

• 2-4 years of experience in project management, able to manage multiple concurrent dealership activations
• Familiarity with dealership structures, operations, and requirements, for launching new locations
• Familiarity with automotive systems (e.g., SAP, dealer portals) and ability to manage technical on boarding
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and time management
• Some experience in network planning, or dealer activation projects, is highly desirable
