I am currently recruiting for an excellent Principle Contractor who operate throughout London and surrounding areas on prestigious contracts. My Client pride themselves on there quality of work and positive work culture that gives off a family feel.

They are currently looking to grow their team with adding an Assistant Design Manager to support their Design Manager who will offer first hand training to further your development.

My client cover a wide range of sectors including Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Industrial and Residential. Offering you  exposure to all of these sectors not only will further your experience but will be excellent to have on your CV for the future.

Duties:

• Support the design process for luxury refurbishment, from concept through to completion. Reporting into a Design Manager
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and statutory authorities.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and regulatory bodies to resolve design issues and ensure alignment with project goals.
