This role will report straight into the Site Financial Controller and will be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting as well as business partnering with the operation teams in order to help drive KPI performance. 

This will be a varied role with duties to include: - 

• Production of Monthly Management Accounts 
• Providing insightful financial information in the form of daily/ weekly and monthly financial reports
• Variance analysis along with supporting commentary
• Working closely with operations in order to measure KPI performance as well as manage actuals vs budget/ forecast 
• Monthly tracking of operational KPI’s
• Sales & margin analysis
• Inventory analysis
• Working with internal/ external audit teams 
• Continual improvement of systems and processes 

To be successful, you will ideally meet the following criteria: - 

• CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA Qualified/ Late Part Qualified 
• 3-5 years experience within management accounts 
• Experience in the manufacturing sector would be advantageous 
• Strong communicator 
• A self-starter, dedicated and a driven person
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work to strict deadlines
• Ability to effectively integrate within the finance team
