Salary: £45,000 - £57,000 per year + bonus

Morson Talent have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Workshop Manger to manage a busy workshop for a leading auto repair workshop.
Our client specialises in accident damage repairs and have a reputation for quality workmanship. The successful candidate will get to work alongside some of the UK’s leading vehicle manufacturers with a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate and supervise a team
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and are completed within set KPIs.
- Address customer inquiries from a technical perspective and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with department managers to implement and monitor quality control procedures and best practices for high repair standards.
- Work alongside our experienced management team to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and PAS
Skills:
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the auto repair industry
- Body paint experience ideally both practical and managerial
- Strong knowledge of accident repairs, automotive parts, and repair techniques
- Ability to read and interpret damage reports and repair estimates
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to automotive repairs
- Experience in managing a team of technicians
