NEOS Engineering are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team in Penarth. NEOS is one of the fastest growing start up Recruitment agencies in the UK establishing themselves quickly into the UK & UAE engineering market. Due to this growth we’re looking for a Trainee to join the team.

The day to day role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is to support experienced Senior Recruiters with the sourcing of candidates to supply to our clients, finding niche specialist candidates across the UK for our client base.
