Contracts Administrator

Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join our prestigious client based in Nottingham.
Please note: This is a temporary to permanent position
Duties will include:
- Generating and checking weekly and monthly tonnage reports
- Supporting purchase ledger management, ensuring internal controls are adhered to, including reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Management of invoice queries with suppliers
- Supporting the generation of the monthly client invoice, sales invoices and recycling centre subcontractor payments
- Providing administrative cover for the Contract Head Office as and when appropriate including reception and administrative duties
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience gained in an administrative role
- Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- Previous experience gained handling large amounts of data
- Excellent use of computers including confident user of excel, google mail, creating content for professional external e mails
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal due to speaking with colleagues, customers and suppliers daily
Hours of Work: 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £11.80 per hour
