Learning Support Assistant Duties:

* Provide dedicated learning support to students.
* Build strong relationships with students and offer guidance.
* Maintain a well-organized, supportive environment, assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
* Foster student engagement and promote learning.

Essential Requirements:

* Recent and relevant experience working with children or young people, ideally within an educational setting.
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
* Compassion, empathy, and a genuine commitment to creating a supportive learning environment.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with the class teacher.
* A valid DBS on the update service.
