Love cars and have a meticulous eye for detail? Then look no further!! Working with one of the country's market leaders in automotive sales.
As a Part Exchange Vehicle Appraiser, you will be checking over vehicles marking down any damage as you go, once all documented you can price up accordingly.
General responsibilities:
- Vehicles appraisals on stock offered on part exchange, making sure condition, mileage, history is taken in to consideration on the valuations.
- Use industry-standard tools and software to assess vehicle values and provide accurate pricing.
- Communicate results clearly to the sales team.
- Test drive vehicles to identify any mechanical issues.
- Pick out suitable retail stock from the part exchange vehicles.
- Manage the disposal of vehicles not retained for resale, including handling documentation and auction logistics.
To be considered you must have:
- Experience in vehicle appraisal or a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
- Experience in using appraisal software and auction platforms.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Full driving license.
