Job Title: Assistant Site Manager – Bristol Outskirts
Location: Bristol (Outskirts)
Pay Rate: £250/day (CIS)
Contract Length: Minimum 4 months, potential to extend until June 2025

Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their construction team on a £10 million commercial scheme located just outside Bristol. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in civil works, who can manage day-to-day site operations and maintain high standards of quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure all work meets project specifications
  • Use Fieldview to capture and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with technical drawings
  • Take control of Daily Dabs, ensuring effective daily operations and task management
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and project deadlines

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in civil works is essential, even though this is a commercial project
  • Ability to understand and work from technical drawings, ensuring details are captured and referenced in Fieldview
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Contract Details:

  • Initial contract for 4 months, with the potential to extend until June 2025
  • £250/day, payable via CIS
