LOCATION: Radstock, Somerset
SALARY: Starting at £32,500 per annum
HOURS: 42 hours per week

The Role:

We are currently looking for a Night Deputy Managers (Team Leaders) to lead by example and coach/mentor our care teams on a nightly basis to ensure our residents are well cared for, motivated and stimulated to achieve a fulfilled and enriched life.

Being a Deputy Manager means you will play a vital role in the smooth running of the home in collaboration with the Home Manager.

Hours of work:

20.00 – 08.00 (nights) on a permanent rolling rota of three consecutive shifts on, followed by three consecutive shifts off, which equates to an average of 42 hours per week in total.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care to evidence your commitment and passion for care
• Be excited about the prospect of leading a team to deliver the highest quality of care. You will quickly become part of the care home family and let’s be honest, our team members are what makes our home a great place to live and work!
• You will have previous leadership experience as a Team Leader or Senior Career within a residential setting.
