Role Overview:
As an Agency Nurse, you will deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You’ll play a key role in fostering a positive environment and contributing to the overall health of residents in various care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized nursing care to residents in line with care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patients’ health and vital signs.
• Conduct assessments and collaborate with care teams to implement effective care strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance with healthcare standards.
• Support residents’ emotional and mental well-being, promoting a holistic approach to care.

Qualifications:

• Valid NMC registration (RGN/RMN).
• Previous experience in a care home or community setting preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing excellent care.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different care environments.
