About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated E-Commerce Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the primary point of contact for our B2B Dropshipping clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and seamless account management. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our e-commerce operations, where you'll be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, managing subscription payments, handling account sign-ups, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

As the E-Commerce Coordinator for dropshipping clients, you will be the key point of contact between our suppliers, customers, and internal teams. You will manage the entire dropshipping process, ensuring accuracy in product listings, order fulfilment, inventory management, and customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in e-commerce, account management, or customer service, particularly in a B2B setting.
• Account Management Experience: Previous experience in managing client accounts is highly valued.
• Comprehensive Knowledge of E-commerce and Dropshipping: Familiarity with online retail models and logistics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and inboxes simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and prioritize client needs effectively.
