U-Educate are recruiting for casual cover supervisors who are looking for flexible work- you work when you want!
We are seeking to appoint candidates that are passionate about encouraging students to maximise their potential and if you are thinking about going into teaching this could be the job for you!
We are looking for individuals who:
• are passionate to ensure students learning is maximised in the absence of their normal teacher, across a range of subjects.
• who have the ability to develop and maintain good behaviour throughout lessons.
• someone that is flexible and to able to respond to rapid changes in plans.
• Someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and resourceful.
All cover work for students is set up in advance and cover supervisors will work within a strong team of experienced colleagues, who provide a constant source of support.
The ideal Candidate must have:
• Great communication skills.
• Good grasp of ICT to support delivery of cover work.
• Flexibility and able to respond to changes in plans rapidly.
•Willingness to be a facilitator of learning for our students.
