Henderson Brown is excited to be supporting our client on their search for their next ERP Super User.
Are you passionate about driving business efficiency through process improvement, technology, and data analysis? Do you excel at optimising workflows and leading successful system integrations? Our client is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst / ERP Super User to play a pivotal role in enhancing operations and improving business outcomes.
As a Business Process Analyst / ERP Super User, you will become an integral expert in the company's internal ERP systems. You will work across departments to understand and optimise business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement tailored solutions that drive performance and productivity. Your expertise will be key in ensuring seamless system integrations and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
* Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement to align systems with the company's objectives.
* Design and implement solutions that optimise efficiency across various departments.
* Take ownership of process improvements, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Provide detailed reports to leadership, offering data-driven insights and risk assessments.
* Conduct periodic quality checks and manage projects to ensure successful implementation of system changes.
* Facilitate training and workshops to ensure team members are fully engaged and proficient with new systems and processes.
* Serve as the company's ERP "Super User," offering in-depth knowledge and support across all business systems.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Proven experience as a business process and systems analyst, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
* Advanced data analysis skills, particularly with Excel.
* Strong project management, negotiation, and change implementation capabilities.
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
* Familiarity with project management principles and the software development lifecycle.
* A track record of successfully delivering projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
* Experience in leading and developing teams through system implementations.
* Knowledge of Power BI and BIRT is an advantage.
