7am > 3pm & 10am > 6pm

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a prominent business at their Norfolk site.

This company operates at multiple sites nationwide, benefiting from shared technology and processes to create a cohesive family environment.

This is an opportunity to be part of an established Customer Service team to improve operational efficiency.

Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role, preferably within logistics / transport / plant hire.
  • Competent taking customer phone calls, handling queries / any complaints.
  • IT literate / competent with working to Customer Service KPI’s.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Full UK driving license & access to own vehicle.
  • Full Right to Work in the UK.
