SEND Teaching Assistant - SEND Resource Base - Hyde, Tameside
Are you a compassionate and experienced Teaching Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in a SEND environment? A Primary School in Hyde, Tameside, is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to work in their dedicated SEND resource base, supporting children with a range of additional needs.
This is a long-term role, ideal for someone with a background in SEND support who is patient, adaptable, and passionate about helping every child reach their full potential in a supportive and nurturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to children with special educational needs
- Work closely with the SEND team to deliver individualised learning plans
- Assist in managing challenging behaviour and supporting emotional development
