Key Responsibilities:- Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll focus on acquiring new clients while developing existing accounts.
- Proactively attend self-generated and internally qualified client meetings across the Isle of Man territory.
- Collaborate closely with the Leadership Team and attend key meetings to contribute to strategic growth.
- Identify, pursue, and win key prospects through a complex sales cycle.
- Lead client meetings to discuss sales opportunities, strategic planning, and service enhancements.
- Provide post-sales support and be a point of contact for escalation between Account Managers, Internal Sales, and clients.
- Actively work with Leadership to develop and grow targeted accounts.
- Take ownership of key deals and manage the full sales process, ensuring continual service delivery improvements.
- Analyse customer needs, suggesting relevant upgrades or additional features to enhance their business.
