Your New Position
As a WARP Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing every aspect of a project, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to coordinate and implement contracts. Once the extensive project is designed, tested, and delivered, you will assume the day-to-day responsibilities of running the contract efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee negotiations, obligations, and implementation of contracts.
- Act as the key point of contact between the company and the client, building and maintaining excellent client relationships to ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate with warehouse, transport, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment on contract terms and conditions.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters.
- Ensure projects are managed in line with company policies and that contractual obligations are met.
- Ensure all commercial performance of the contract falls within the desired gross profit.
- Report all contractual KPIs at the agreed frequency.
Requirments for Success
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- FMCG warehouse background: Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) warehouse operations.
- Ambient food experience: Preferred experience in handling ambient food products.
- Project management experience: Proven ability to manage projects effectively.
- Detail-oriented: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- 4PL experience: Experience with fourth-party logistics (4PL).
- Strong IT skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite.
- WMS systems knowledge: Varied and extensive knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse processes.
- Leadership skills: Good leadership abilities and a strong team player.
- Presentation skills: Confident in presenting information clearly and effectively.
- Location: Based in Lutterworth and Hinckley offices with travel as needed to client sites.
