Estimator - Restoration & Conservation

They are looking for an estimator to join our team and help lead our projects to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for restoration, conservation, and refurbishment projects.
• Analyse tender documents, specifications, and drawings to provide accurate pricing.
• Conduct site visits to assess work requirements.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure budgets are maintained.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best pricing.
• Prepare and present final bids to clients.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator, ideally within the restoration or conservation sector or refurbihsment/high end packages.
• Knowledge of heritage projects, building materials, and traditional construction methods.
• Strong understanding of the pricing and procurement process.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
