Are you a hands-on engineer with a solid track record in operations and maintenance, looking to make the leap into management? We're seeking an Operations Manager with proven leadership experience to oversee and enhance the performance of our Kimbolton facility.
Key Responsibilities of the Operations Manager:
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a combined Engineering and Production team (17-18 members).
- Operational Excellence: Drive process improvements and enhance plant performance, including managing customer complaints.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations meet health, safety, and hygiene standards, maintaining a zero-incident environment.
- Maintenance & Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, including preventative maintenance and reducing downtime.
Your Role as an Operations Manager: You'll take ownership of daily operations, manage contractors, implement strategic maintenance plans, and reduce downtime across the facility. Your leadership will ensure safety compliance and enhance operational efficiency, while your strong communication skills will keep all stakeholders aligned.

- Engineering Qualification: Engineering Qualified and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and drive improvements.
