About the role:

Our client is currently seeking to appoint a talented and inspirational Assistant Headteacher. This is a key role within our Senior Leadership Team; a fantastic opportunity for someone with drive, enthusiasm and high aspirations to work in partnership with the Headteacher and other leaders to make a real difference to our school and young people. You will lead by example and inspire and develop others, building on our many successes and driving forward school improvement. The right candidate should have a good track record in aspirational and inspirational teaching and learning and should be expert in building strong relationships with pupils, families and staff. You will be able to mentor and coach colleagues to develop their behaviour management and teaching and learning, supporting inclusion in the classroom.

About you:

We are looking for a qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) who, ideally, has experience of working within a SEN setting, a passion for supporting young people to learn and develop, but more importantly, someone who wants to make a difference to the lives and education of our children and young people. We would love to hear from you if you are committed, empathetic, compassionate, resourceful and your standards are high.

We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and engaging Assistant Headteacher; someone who can help shape and deliver a shared vision for the future and who will take an effective lead on behaviour and attendance ensuring an inclusive environment where no pupil is left behind and all pupils have the support and challenge to be the best they can be. You will support the SLT to develop and support behaviour and attendance provision as well as manage effective inclusion of all pupils across the school.

You must be able to:
