About the role:

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a pivotal role in supporting our dedicated teaching staff and enhancing the educational experience of our students. You will work collaboratively with teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences tailored to the diverse needs of our learners. Your passion for education and your ability to inspire will make a significant impact on the children’s learning journey.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in a primary school setting, preferably within Key Stage 1 or 2.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and child development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support class teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Work with small groups and individual students to reinforce learning and assist with any challenges.
• Help create and maintain a stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Assist in preparing resources and materials for lessons and activities.
