Our client, a product specified manufacturing business, is on the hunt for a bright, forward-thinking Production Scheduler who can make an immediate impact. This isn’t just about filling a role—it’s about finding someone who can transform the team with fresh ideas, innovation, and energy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a rolling three-month production plan and delivery forecasts in amongst the usual machine down times and sometimes unreliable forecasts in a multi-stage, medium volume, high mix environment
• Investigate and address production deviations and capacity constraints, implementing impactful corrective actions.
• Develop full ERP/MRP functionality to deliver better results

Person Specification - Experience/Knowledge:

• Experience as Production Control or Production Planner in a high mix, multi-process manufacturing environment.
• Advanced MRP/ERP experience, ideally with the ability to develop analysis tools using Power BI or Crystal reports
• Detailed knowledge of precision engineering, both CNC and manual, milling and turning.
