Delegate Sales Executive
Location: Cheshunt, Hertfordshire (easily commutable locations listed below)
Salary: £23,000 + Commission, OTE £35,000 Year 1 + Excellent Benefits

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Delegate Sales Executive to join a dynamic, fast-growing company within the B2B events sector. This office-based role will see you working from their Cheshunt location, selling delegate passes to exclusive conferences and networking events. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential attendees for B2B conferences through leads and outreach.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline via phone and email outreach.
• Articulate the value proposition of the events to potential delegates.
• Convert leads into confirmed attendees by using effective sales techniques.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process and deliver results.

What Experience is Required:

• Previous experience in sales, business development or customer service (B2B experience a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: £23,000 basic + Commission (OTE £35,000 in Year 1)

This role is based in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. The office is easily commutable from locations such as Enfield, Harlow, Hatfield, and St Albans.
